Clean and analyze the performance measure data you collect.
Grantees are required to have performance measure data collection completed by the end of February of the grant year. Between that date and when the HRSA Electronic Handbook (EHB) information is required—usually the first week of the following July—grantees will need to clean and analyze the performance measure data they collected.
For example, for the 2013-14 grant year:
Not at this time. NEDARC developed a workshop to help EMSC Grantees analyze the data they have collected. The workshop was held in April, 2011, but the data cleaning and analysis instructions for performance measures 71, 72, 73, 76 & 77 are located for downloading on our website.
