Analysis Timeframe

Clean and analyze the performance measure data you collect.

When do I Analyze my Performance Measure Data?

Grantees are required to have performance measure data collection completed by the end of February of the grant year. Between that date and when the HRSA Electronic Handbook (EHB) information is required—usually the first week of the following July—grantees will need to clean and analyze the performance measure data they collected.

For example, for the 2010-11 grant year:

  1. You should collect data during a 3-month period of your choosing between March 1, 2010 and February 28th, 2011.
  2. After the data has been collected, clean and analyze the performance measure data.
  3. Sometime in later June/early July, 2011, you would report the required information from your analysis for the 2010-11 grant year HRSA Electronic Handbook (EHB).

Are there any upcoming workshops to assist EMSC Grantees in analyzing their Performance Measure data?

Not at this time. NEDARC developed a workshop to help EMSC Grantees analyze the data they have collected. The workshop was in April, 2011, but the data cleaning and analysis instructions for performance measures 71, 72, 73, 76 & 77 are located for downloading on our website. Please visit the upcoming workshops page on this website.

If you are unable to attend one of these workshops your NEDARC Representative will be happy to assist you with your data analysis.
