Keep trying to make progress towards the targets for each measure.
The implementation manual lists targets for each measure. The ultimate target for the EMSC Program is: 90% of EMS agencies with online and offline pediatric medical direction, 90% of transporting ground units (eg, ambulances) with the recommended pediatric equipment, and 90% of hospitals with inter-facility transfer guidelines and agreements.
If your program is struggling to meet a particular performance measure, remember to keep trying! Even for measure 79, keep trying to make progress even if you don’t meet the compliance goal.
