We encourage your feedback on this new project. Please contact the NEDARC Webmaster with questions or comments.
Due to modifications to the Electronic Handbook (EHB), the EMSC Program has developed an EHB instruction manual for grantees. This manual is designed for NON-competing grantees needing to enter their 2009 EHB data. To go to the instructions for a specific performance measure, click on it in the table of contents in the pdf document and you will automatically jump to the appropriate page.
To see step-by-step instructions of how to navigate and enter your EHB information, follow the link below to the instruction manual:

Watch the webinar (below) that was shown to EMSC grantees about how to use the 2007-08 National Fact Sheets. The fact sheets were released as a way to communicate states'/territories' performance measure data to appropriate target audiences. The fact sheets are "editable" PDF files so that states/territories can customize the fact sheets using their own state/territory data.
Please download the fact sheets from the link below and NOT from within the webinar. The fact sheets below are the latest version. To download the fact sheets right click on the link below and select "save target as..."

If you do not have access to an online survey software, you might want to consider using the "forms" tool in Microsoft® Word®.
According to Microsoft®, a form is: "A document that contains fill-in blanks, or form fields, in which you enter information. For example, you can create an online registration form in Microsoft® Word® that uses drop-down lists from which users can select entries."
The forms tool will allow you to create surveys that you can "lock" and send out electronicially via email to your target audience.
